I would definitely avoid this company. They initially sent me the wrong item. Unfortunately, the replacement they sent was dead on arrival and would not work.Wei, the person you email, then promised on 2 occasions that a replacement would be sent yet nothing. Then they said they would refund my money but I would have to send the faulty item back to them, at my cost. How ridiculous! They have stopped responding to my emails.I have filed a chargeback request with my card company to get my money back and will not be dealing with this company again.A warning to all potential buyers. Read the reviews and avoid this company. 1

Definitely avoid the company. Sold me toners with a chip that was supposed to work with my HP printer. When it didn't work I popped off the chip and replaced it with the HP chip. When the toner proved to faulty (worked but too much blue) they said I voided any warranty.

I‘d like refund and write contact via website on 1/92022. Did not received reply so make the phone call by ask for for return number. I was been told leave the parcel on mail box and they will process on the coming Monday. Today the two days after Monday, I did not received refund then I call them again. After check my order number, they said they never received my return request! I told them I called last Thursday and what they said is don’t talk to me in that tone！I do not yell anyone. you are telling a lie.Further more, your staff threaten me!!!

Cloned cartridges worked for a while, then HP Smart has blocked due to the Cartridge Protection. I rang TonerInk to ask to email me the instructions on how to deactivate the Cartridge Protection again ,and I was then verbally barraged by the lady on the phone. She tried to take me through all sorts of useless and redundant troubleshooting and told me I was stupid and that she is the professional has been working with printers for 10 years and I need to be quiet and listen to her" when ALL I WANTED WAS THE PAPER INSTRUCTIONS EMAILED TO ME!!! She refused to listen to me

We were attracted by the marketing but the black ink cartridge supplied - with appropriate coding for our machine - was not detected by our printer. When I spoke with the woman who replied at the company she quickly became defensive and then mildly abusive of me, saying it was the printer company's problem not theirs and told me she never wanted to talk to me again. By far the worst customer service response I have experienced and as I see from others experience you should AVOID using this outfit. PS. The only way I could post this review was by giving it one star. That is one too many.

My father purchased toner cartridges and was sent the correct box with the wrong catridge in it. When emailed with receipt and issue he was refused any service to resolve the problem and asked to not email any more and then they rang him and shouted and argued over the phone refusing to acknowledge there could have been any mistake and failed to offer any resolution. Absolutely rubbish service

Lovely, friendly company. Answered my questions straight away. Posted next day, received in two days. Compatible inks just what I needed and got, for the price its extra value. Highly recommend this company.
