I’ve shopped with PB Tech often in the past but never again. They not only misdiagnosed my PC’s problem but actually irreparably damaged another part when doing so. They were either dishonest and returned the part to me without telling me about the damage or worse they didn’t even know they damaged the part. They will not be reimbursing me for the cost to replace the part out of warranty because of the physical damage.

Ordered online and picked up without any issues. I guess the only issue is parking as when I got there I managed to park on the last slot. The others who arrived after had to find parking somewhere else.

I will NEVER go back to this store. 4 times I've been to this store in five years and todays bad experience was the worst. The other 3 times I was treated badly. Today I AND GOT IGNORED 5 TIMES. I had 3 people served before me at the counter. At this point I walked out never to return! I STRONGLY suspect this store is racist towards white people as I saw other white people also being ignored. The other PB tech stores I've been to treat me nicely and professionally and are extremely helpful with sorting things for me. The Penrose store SUCKS!

Every single time I have used this store has been the worst customer service experience you could imagine from in-store to phone call. Absolutely rude, useless, and arrogant staff who lack the most basic communication and interpersonal skills. Every time I try my best to avoid this store but unfortunately now having to repair my $4000 laptop after 3-4 months of owning it and it has been the most infuriating experience. Hopefully after the issue has been rectified this is the LAST time I ever have to deal with them.

The Bose headphones are so damn good. I use for gaming, listening to music and on my morning walk.What’s better is the ear pads are replaceable and pb stocks them so they are like new again.10/10 best buy last 5 years

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE :I Ordered something online shipped from this branch, its been 2 weeks they haven't resolved it, hence the Shipping company stated they lost my order.I have PAID EXTRA for the delivery in Auckland still no result. When I chased them on the phone the guy wasn't even friendly not helping at all.

These guys are awesome! It’s really hard to find anywhere that has lower prices than PB Tech (they will usually be the cheapest stockist when searching on PriceSpy). The store is very well staffed and they all have good product knowledge to steer you in the right direction. Price and customer service are often mutually exclusive, but not with PB Tech. They have what I wanted but the staff need a wake first up rudely told im in the wrong que when I ask have you got? next up forced to stand in queues while the staff sun themselves or whatever. And there was only me and two other customers
