This company know their stuff.Went for diagnostic. Identified the fault.Ordered the part. Done in a few hours.Considering the amount of work already in the shop, they were fast.Special shout out to Connor.Gave me a quote, and that's what I paid.Highly recommend this shop

I took my car to their garage, as my reverse camera was partially functioning, However after a few hours of work, they completely messed up the camera, and it is now non-functional.In addition, they assessed a service fee of nearly $50. I have no difficulty paying the amount due. And the receptionist is incredibly unfriendly and has no idea how to converse with customers.A truly awful experience.

Been here 3 times, 2 headunit installs and a starter issue. They’ve excelled at all 3 tasks I’ve given them for a very reasonable price. 5 stars, definitely coming in again when I get my subs.

I appreciated the job was done in a day. Once the diagnostic was done I received a call to explain the issue and make an informed decision about whether the car got done then or another day. I appreciated that consideration. Hopefully won't have another unexpected car bill for a while.

The receptionist should consider with working on her communication techniques.I parked outside on double yellow lines outside the store, yes I am clearly in the wrong here, but I was absolutely shocked with the way she had a go at me. Telling me off on the street as if I was a child is extremely unprofessional. I did not know who she was at the time, I was horrified to see she worked for the business.Great way to lose customers, I won't be using this business for any future work due to this encounter.

Fitted up my new Santa Fe for Jayco caravan brakes, cameras, fridge etc. Excellent service and absolute superb workmanship. Highly recommended company to deal with.

Dropped it off as they opened the shop as requested to get it done asap, the car sat there for the whole day untouched until I went in an hour before they closed, and asked where it’s at, to be told it probably won’t get looked at till tomorrow. Left and they called a little later to basically say they don’t know what they’re doing or where to start (headlight fault) so I go and pick it up, windows are down, keys in the car on the side of the road with no supervision, so easy for anyone to get in and drive off, disgusted in the boss’/managers attitude when I got a chance to speak to him directly. None of it was pleasant and will never be back

There was very bad communication between the lady receptionist and staff as I rang up to get my caravan looked at. The guy on the phone said to bring it round now, so I hooked it up, got there and waited. The lady was very unhelpful and unfriendly and didn't know anything about it. I was in the dark as to what was happening. We waited then finally someone came out and served us. Although they were busy they managed to squeeze me inTime was running out to complete the job They were unable to fix it in time. So the booked me in Monday first thing. Job was fixed Monday which we really appreciated as we were travelling. The guy receptionist was a lot more friendly. We managed to carry on our journey.

I was very impressed with the customer service. Even with short notice the team at Mike Murphy Auto Electrical went the extra mile to make sure my head lights were working before i went away for work. I was impressed with the fast , friendly, and professional service. Awesome work and thanks.I would totally recommend them .Cheers Carl.
