OneAir

I have used Oneair a number of times over the last few years to install a new unit, repair an older unit and to do regularly cleaning and maintenance. There service has always been outstaying - from Victoria in the office through to the technician’s that come on site. They are friendly and you always feel that they care about you and the work they are doing for you and that your not just a number. For example, Victoria chased up a supplier a number of times and managed to procure a part that they had previously said was unavailable- saving me thousands of dollars. I can’t recommend them more

Great service and follow up, the technician was friendly and on time. I would recommend to others as they came to the party and took responsibility for a miscommunication. These days that is so important and companies like them are hard to come by. So thanks, you are so easy to deal with.

The serviceman was very pleasant to talk too and he had a Profesional manner. Explained what he was doing and did a drip test that has never been done before. Left the worksite area tidy.

Just had our heat pump split units serviced by technician Anowar. Very friendly, meticulous and neat.

We just had a random caller (form an 09 code ) that spat out name and her company name offering their services to clean our heatpump. When I asked further about the company she spat out our name, address and the same offer. I declined and before I could say anything more she hung up. Fearing this was some sort of scam I called the company back on their 0800 number and got a different lady who explained that they service all pumps and that the offer was for one day only . I pushed further and they got our details from the online white pages. I let her know that her associate was rather aggressive and that I didn’t like it. I wonder how many old people are going to get pushed into the “deal” today.

Two very polite efficient men serviced our ducted heating system. We were very impressed with their thoroughness. We will continue to use them every two years, as recommended, and would certainly recommend OneAir to anyone who has air conditioning systems which require servicing.

Bang on time to do the job. A nice, quietly spoken man who introduced himself. He got straight into the work and completed it with no problems. Informed me there was a $10 discount due to being a superannuitant. Thanks very much. All set for anther 2 years.

Quoting was good where they sent actual installers to check the install even up in the roof. Gave confidence. Went to the effort to meet my requirements involving a long tube run. Mitsubishi heavy industries bronte unit is very good. Just the outdoor unit install was a bit mickey mouse despite our questions whether we needed to lay a slab. Unit was wobbly, didn't fit the plastic slab and not fastened properly. Photos attachedEdit -1 star for phone calls from this company threatening that my warranty will be void of I didn't get then to service. This is false when checked with mhi. Also another company I used recently did a much better job and easier to deal with.Also installers weren't experienced as claimed below. 1 a trainee electrician and another just out of high school perhaps.

The guys were friendly and got stuck straight into cleaning heat pump and checking the gases. Did a great job the heat pump is all shiny & clean. Thanks for a quick service
