The girl as cashier in panmure branch was so rude and impolite ,she seemed so unhappy about answering my questions,if she doesn’t like the job and she should be quit rather than staying there.

Waiting there for over 15 minutes at 2:30 pm, the shop is closed with no signs. Supermarket stuff told me he / she went to bathroom and will be back very soon. Unfortunately no one came back while we wait there.

The girl staff working on sunday on 7 Aug 2022 was very impolite, when I asked her about some cake to order for my spouse, she seems unhappy and raised her voice, She should stay away from work if she feels work is so tension for her. I have been buying all sort of cakes etc from all different staffs for few years and so far, all employees are polite except this young girl. Fr Chinese regular customer.

Classic Bake House Panmure
I used to like their food esp Swiss roll and rusk. Recently, a few times I had to return the Swiss roll for the cream is too sour (meaning off) and the sponge itself breaks into pieces once you open the wrapper. It’s been sitting too long or the sponge has been frozen. Taste is different too. The staff are nice but they should not sell food that the signage says fresh on the day and no preservatives.Again I bought the Swiss roll and the taste was off. Bought the Rusk and the bread tasted mold and the butter tasted rancid, so with the smell.They refunded my money.
