Such a helpful team with great advice about which trails would suit us as a family. Kindly left the bikes with us overnight so we could visit the glow worms at their recommendation. Great local knowledge and a pleasure to meet.

Donna and Scott are fabulous operators who provide warm friendly service and are all to happy to go the extra mile to ensure a good time is had by all. Bikes in mint condition, great trail ending at Ross, where there's time to have a drink at the authentic West Coast pub there. We even got dropped back to our accommodation saving us a 15 min walk home. Highly recommend booking with them when you're next in Hoki..

Our group of 10 recently hired bikes from Donna & Scott to ride the West Coast Wilderness over 4 days. What a fantastic duo who, along with their daughter, went above and beyond to make our experience as memorable as it could be. There is absolutely nothing (in my view) they could have done better. Great entrepreneur's who truly have their customers best interests at heart. We would 100% highly recommend this friendly duo and wish them every success going forward with their business ventures. We hired bikes and arranged transfers for the West Coast Wilderness Bike Trail. Donna and Scott were fabulous and did everything to make our trip run smoothly. Would totally recommend them.
