Went in this afternoon to sort an issue with my son's phone to do with SIMs and gosh what fantastic help and service from the young lady working there. Nothing was a problem or inconvenience and was ever so pleasant which seems to be more of a rarity these days. Awesome Vodafone Wanaka. Thank you.

After having zero reception (with 2 Degrees) all across both islands on our two month road trip, the remaining two weeks of exploring with Vodaphone has meant an almost constant connection. Glad I changed. Thanks for the help.

I just wanted internet conection and they made it impossible.Every time I called was a different awnser,until at last they told me you're situation is really tricky

This review is for Vodafone as an internet service provider in Wanaka: for a telecommunications company, communicating with Vodafone is a nightmare. Their coordination with Chorus is also horrible; the dates Vodafone told us for fibre installation were not the dates that Chorus showed up -- Chorus actually showed up days early for the initial consult, now we are running a month later than quoted for fibre installation. Further, Vodafone's billing system is not inegrated with the rest of their online platform.Update: after a Vodafone representative told us that super wifi (basically a wifi extender) was free with our plan, we ordered it because wifi was not extending to the whole house. It was only after it arrived that an email came saying that the super wifi was in fact only free if we stay with Vodafone for 24+ months. What a scam.This after our fibre installation is pushing a month late… I wouldn’t recommend Vodafone to anyone.

The team are so helpful when I have concerns about traveling overseas and understanding my roaming charges. They were outstanding in helping me decide what I needed and they delivered on the service.

I purchased a mobile phone plan online. It was supposed to be delivered in 2 businessdays. 9 days later, it still hasn't been delivered and the best advice vodafone customer service is giving me is, calling the mail service they've chosen myself. Regardless of the fact that I can't call anyone hence I havn't received my mobile plan yet, what customer service is coming back to its customer, telling them that they have to figure the issue out themselves?the whole experience of purchasing something online and the customer service is disappointing and not at all recommendable.I would give 0 stars if I could.
