Amy is all heart snd service. This is a fantastic shuttle business. Reliable, enjoyable and you feel you are being looked after by family.

We spent 2 days with QBT and their service was exceptional. The second day in Alexandra with 2 guides and Amy at the wheel was the best day of riding that I have ever had. These guys can cater for ALL your MTB needs. Amy went out of her way to look after us even collecting us from our AIRBNB and dropping us with all our gear at the bus stop. Thanks again for a memorable experience.

From the first email I sent to Amy @ QBT, there was a very consistent trend of her always going well beyond what she needed to do, to make sure I was getting the most out of my time at Queenstown, with the best of the MTB scene.Even when things outside of her control were playing against us, she always found a way to make things work. It was so much more than just good customer service; would highly recommend Amy's support for anyone keen on a good mountain biking experience across different parts of Queenstown!

Amy kindly accommodated a very late request for me and my wife, and it ended up being the best part of our trip to Queenstown. Lance was our driver, and he was incredibly knowledgeable of the local trails and very efficient at loading/unloading. This was our first experience with a shuttle like this, and our fellow riders were really fun and respectful of different paces and riding abilities. You can ride at your own pace knowing it takes a few minutes to load others' bikes anyway, so we never felt like we were slowing anyone down. The trails were truly world-class. I've been mountain biking 15 years and nothing I've ever ridden has come close to this. If you want to ride in Queenstown, I can't recommend QBT enough!

Genuinely nice people! It is more than a lift for the day. You will have the epic riding you paid for and a good laugh thrown in for free. My crew cannot thank our driver Tony all of his heroics. He is a legend!

Amy and Tony helped plan the perfect day on the bike. Really knowledgeable of all the best local spots and super easy one stop shop for rental and shuttle setup. Would definitely recommend to anyone that has some time to ride in Queenstown!

These guys made our trip go super smoothly - nothing was a problem and they had lots of good advice to help us make the most of our two days riding. Will definitely be back.
