Mark was honest and realistic, easy to deal with and took on our expectations and needs around our sale.Shannon(PA) was friendly and helpful, communication was clear and prompt.This is the second home we have sold with Mark and would 100 percent reccomend him to anyone.

Mark over-valued the property to get my contract, then harassed me to sell below asking price. I agreed to the sale just to get him off my back. This is called 'conditioning' in the industry. Another of his clients (the developers next door) stole power and water from the property when I was out of town. This was reported to the police. Mark and his staff left the property unsecured after open days and inspections resulting in flooding which held the final settlement back by nearly a year and cost us tens of thousands. Surprised Mark is still in real estate business and highly recommend potential new clients do due diligence. Suggest contacting the Real Estate Agents Disciplinary Tribunal directly.
