As a layperson wanting to get some drilling done, I am very appalled by their service on the phone, all I wanted to ask was a quote and the office administrator decided it was best to pick an argument with me. I simply had asked for a price or range and have this sent by email so I could formally accept in writing through there. Apparently this was too difficult to do and was in their best interest to shout and argue to a new customer on the phone about it. Also their COVID 19 safety on site" costs cost $60!! Such a pity though

I use their services for the soak hole flow test of the RFI of AkL Council . At first their tester assessed that my soak hole didnt yield any output. as a home owner i argued this logic as i would have witness overflow by sharing pictures of water level. They agree to comeback again for the retest in my presence and they determine the output 1.1 litre/ sec which is border line. I trust my instinct and gamble to do another soak hole test from a different company and yield an output of 5.2 litre / sec. I saved $$$ by not trusting this company flow test and going in hassle of re drilling soak hole
