I always go here, but today I'm turned away at 16:55, because the lady 'started sweeping'. I'm in 30 minutes before closing, had a long day and was not in the mood for arguing. If you have a 17:30 closing time, I can come in at 16:55.

We both got our hair cuts and they were great staff old fashioned and modern the best iv ever had since the 1960s

Turned up at 4.55pm today, very rude staff member denied me service because i asked to wait for another staff member to cut my hair as i was more comfortable with that option.She had a whole lot of excuses, first she said it was too late, then she said it was that staff members last customer for the day (still 25 minutes until closing at this point and I was the only customer in there) and then she said that staff member only does long hair, when clearly the guy she had cut got the same haircut i was wanting.I dont even live in town and it takes me 30 minutes to get to Rotorua on a good day.The staff need customer service and communication training.

I never left any review before but it was of the cleanest haircut I've ever had and in a friendly atmosphere, thanks a lot !

Been there twice...no good, can't do flat tops

Even would like to give them less then one star.Thay got rude & unexperienced staff working at this branch. Professionalism is so far from them. Today the lady did my haircut she can't even speak proper English and her attitude was up through the sky without any knowledge of haircut. The owner of this branch should give more training to there staff members and must teach them some communication skills to continue the business.Highly Not recommending anyone to go there.Very Disappointed

New crew. Oh what a difference. Smiles, laughter, very friendly. Definitely going to come back. Heard a mum say it was the first time her child allowed hair to be cut. These ladies know their trade.

Good quality efficient service. Recommend.
