Today I got help from a shop assistant named Adam at the photo department in the Pukekohe shop. He was very polite, friendly and totally at ease with dealing with older customers. He made my experience at the shop very easy and I appreciated all he did for me. Nothing was too much trouble. He was patient with my lack of technical expertise regarding getting certificates and photos off phones and cropping and adding details etc He took care over wrapping my items and did everything with a smiling face. Thank you so much Harvey Norman Pukekohe. My fridge and washing machine both broke down and i needed new urgently. They made sure delivery was next day. The delivery man turned up on time, installed the washine machine and fridge and took away the broken ones. The whole experience was so easy and got a good deal at labour weekend sale prices. You made my week! Great service. Thanks

Got a belling oven and cooktop. The oven broke on the second use. Now have to wait 10 days for them to contact me to arrange for it to be fixed. They take your money straight away but can't fix things straight away. I do not recommend belling or Harvey Norman.

Brought a dishwasher a bed and some bunks so much hard work just getting things delivered and after 3 months of chasing them up and waiting now they offer a refund for the bunks that were in the warehouse wouldnt shop here again.

I recently purchased a product from HN Pukekohe which had a fault ..they replaced it with no dramas which I really appreciated. The replacement was received sooner than expectedagain really appreciated..there was regular communication throughout this process. A big thank you to Luciana and Derryn for your outstanding customer service.Also would like to mention it is so nice to ring Harvey Norman Pukekohe and speak to a real person not an automated message.Well done Pukekohe!!!!

Well, todays experience may have just redeemed yourselves from my previous when I didn’t end up paying cash & buying a $4000 lounge suit over your refusal to provide a delivery time. Today, both sales personnel were fantastic, Dyson cordless, massager, lady shaver & wireless noise cancelling headphones. Surprise of the day is the headphones, for an old deaf dude like me, I can hear instruments that I haven’t detected in songs before. Also, I can adjust the level of noise cancelling so can switch the wife right off!! The headphones pause when you take them off - love this feature. Well done today.

We went to Harvey Norman's pukekohe over kings birthday weekend hoping to find a single head board for our son. The sales assistant when she eventually made eye contact with me just wasn't bothered she asked her work colleague if they had any to which I heard him reply they had one. The sales assistant then chose to serve a man instead of coming to inform me or show me where this heardboard was. Disgraceful customer service and I would not be inclined to visit here again!!!

Usually really good to deal with but the experience I have had with the electronic/phone department was horrendous and has actually cost me out of pocket money. The customer support was rude and hung up initially after cutting me off on the phone and when I rang back a second time, he never fixed the order costing me not only the wrong phone bill but also my previous phone bill.

Nice store but weird customer service. The person was upset and rude because I didn't want to buy the product that she recommended me, then didn't leave me alone to browse the store and kept standing next to the aisle saying the one that I choosed is not compatible with my device when I knew it is. I could just ignore her and buy the product but I tried to explain that I know what I am buying but had no success. She just became more stubborn. I bought what I knew is the correct item and it worked with my device without any issue. Just wasted 10 minutes discussing. I wish they help you only when you ask for it!
