This company is nasty and makes me so angry. I believe the owner Mark is immoral, untrustworthy, irresponsible, unfair, unprofessional and greedy. We had unexpected family circumstances and asked if we could get refund as it was before the contract began. Account manager Glenda verbally agreed to refund the money as it was only 24 hours after our booking. She said it happens all the time. At that time they took the keys back. They emailed confirmation of the refund at first but later changed their mind saying we needed to give them 30 days notice. Until now, they have refused to refund the money and haven't even paid the bond back. In the meantime, we did not have any access to the storage as they had already taken the keys. Mark is not taking responsibility for the staff's promise and he is not training the staff properly. If as Glenda said, this happens all the time, then I wonder why Mark decided to be nasty to us. Mark says they are going to deduct the money until a new contractor comes. They took the money and the keys so not providing the storage which means they haven't kept their part of the contract and this is an illegal and immoral practice. If this is the way the company runs the business, you should expect they will be nasty to you too and not worthy of your time. We will meet him in person to resolve the issues but in the meantime we will not erase this feedback.

Safe and convenient place to store your extra stuff.Was planning on using it for a few months during a house move but a year and a half later still going strong! Easy access (if the nasty Neighbour isn't around!) and stays dry even during the bad floods.Highly recommend!

I'm told on the longest tenant at this storage facility. 24 hr access and very bright motion activated lighting suits me down to the grown. The owner and the whole team are very easy to deal with. A couple years ago I picked up some shelving to fit along both sides of the 20-ft container. It was going to be quite a lot of work to take my stuff out, fit the shelving and then put it all back in. I was dreading it. Mark offered one of the empty containers to put the shelving in and then transfer my goods into the new container to save double handling it. Lifesaver. I was very grateful for that one. You honestly can't go wrong here.
