Great friendly and efficient service and very happy to have Jaya replace filters in HRV. Her knowledge was instant and amazing!! She even came back with ‘collars’ at the end of her working day to install. Nobody else has suggested or went out of their way. I didn’t realise HRV Southland also provided heating & cooling solutions. I was chatting with a friend who recommended them, I was wanting an old wall unit heat pump replaced. They suggested an underfloor vented system, it was a bit more expensive but I’m so grateful I went with it. It’s silent immediate warmth and cooling is an instant relief, it’s a surprisingly comfortable wraparound experience that the cat is also loving. The whole team was very friendly & accommodating & the admin were excellent with communication at all points of the project. I can recommend them & if you’re contemplating a floor vented system, just do it!

HRV were the only company out of 6 who were willing to quote and install the system/s we required. It was a tricky installation due to our house layout, which put many other companies off trying to tackle, however HRV were open and up front about how it would be a difficult job for them and at times it was even a little experimental until they had everything working perfectly. We are very happy with the results and now have a beautifully heated home that can also cool on those hot summer days! Totally recommend them for ducted Heatpump systems (underfloor and in the ceiling) we got it all!

Our eleven year old system has performed perfectly since day one. Even if the house has been closed up while we’re on holiday the air is always fresh. Although we have double glazing, we still had considerable condensation on windows in cold weather until the HRV system was fitted. Since then we have absolutely none. Service is always prompt, efficient & courteous.

Great professional/friendly service and installation. Both the sales and install teams listened to our ideas and worked with us to ensure our needs were met. The installation went smoothly and there were no problems whatsoever. The multi-unit HRV system works well beyond our expectations. Overall, I’d say that HRV provide high quality products and service.

HRV filter replacement - company were able to reschedule when time was not suitable and were early, easy to deal with and did the job quickly.

I was pretty skeptical about any benefits of an HRV system for us, being in a new house double glassed and fully insulated. However within an hour of it being installed I could feel the difference especially in the bedrooms which don't have any heating.t I was most impressed with the installer who did the whole job by himself in a matter of a a couple of hours. A pleasant young man who did a great job. I think the system is great value for money and we have had no condensation yet even though we have had some pretty cold weather.From being a skeptic I would now fully recommend HRV to anyone.

Great experience. We have HRV and a heat pump from these guys. At both installations they sat and talked with us and helped to decide what fit our needs best. It is honesty the best money we've ever spent. House was 2 years old when we got HRV and were having problems with condensation and moisture round windows and fireplace was struggling to heat the entire house. House is now clean, dry and no more condensation or heating issues. Then we got heatpump and havent used the fire since. Heat pump is way more efficient and actually cheaper to run than buying in wood. It has a timer ao in winter we can come home to an already warm house. No more blankies required on the sofa, haha. We get reminders when services are due which really helps and always great fast and efficient service. All the team members we've dealt with have been a pleasure to deal with. As you can see by the pics our cat is a huge fan. He's never been so relaxed, he loves the heatpump in winter and air con in summer.

Had our HRV installed. Our house is fully insulated, double glazed, I never dried wet clothes inside, we have a fan in our bathroon and kitchen taking the moisture outside, but when we had a frost, we had very wet running windows. Since installing our HRV we have had no more condensation issues. Well worth the investment for our home.
