I have never bought a vehicle from a dealer outside Auckland and over the phone before. This time it was different. From the moment I spoke to James, there was a feeling of trust. James made the process easy with me sharing photos of my Trade in and after I explained what my expectations are, James made every effort to meet them. As with any trades, there is a compromise, as long as it is fair to both parties.James also followed up to see how things were going with the new vehicle a few days later - I really appreciated that.Overall a perfect experience.

On first contact with James the experience with James one of professionalism and personable without being pushy. We had a complicated purchase. We were short of time and living in the South Island. The whole experience could have been lengthy, but James went the extra mile in getting one of his staff members to deliver the car in person to us before Christmas otherwise it would have been in the middle of January. I have historically avoided dealers and have had to wait before posting to allow the experience to mature. Purchase process was surprisingly low key - not too much pressure. With good grace they accepted my lack of enthusiasm at the car unveiling. Have had one appointment to address some mechanical issues and that went well. All queries were addressed and communicated fully. I do struggle with being called Sir" all the time but I guess it works as five stars was achieved."

James Moore made the buying process enjoyable at a difficult time for buying a car due to stock shortages. He kept us in the loop and sent us little updates to keep us excited about our impending arrival. He also made the handover suit us and did a great job explaining all of the technology and safety features. We love our Volvo Xc90! It was definitely worth the wait.

1st interaction from us was 6 months prior and James and the team politely checked in periodically until we saw the car model and spec we wanted. From there, a deal was drawn up within a day which was fair in terms of value. Some additional extras on pick up were a nice surprise and a professional experience on collection. A pleasant experience.
