Absolutely disgusted. Had an appointment at 10.10 it's now 10.40 still havnt been seen. I'm here with my mother who has a critical pain contion. So sitting in these stiff hard chairs for what's going to be over half an hour isn't acceptable at all. What's the point of appointments if you're going to be running 30m behind.We've watched so many people come in and just be seen to have the same thing we are having done.

Staff are always friendly, today I was greeted in Korean by a wonderfully cheerful and helpful phlebotomist. He went above and beyond to ensure my tests were aligned for future reference. Thank you all for your tireless work, much appreciated.

Such a lovely experience today. My wee girl (5) had her first blood tests. Although we had to wait a bit, when it was our turn the lady who helped us was just so lovely. A male also came in to assist and he was very kind and gentle too.We had a hassle free experience, quick and easy - and no tears! Makes such a difference. The certificate for bravery was a lovely touch. Thank you and well done team!

Was very streamlined and efficient. I arrived at 11:20 and was seen in 1-2 minutes. The person who took my blood was professional and the jab was not painful. Though not obvious from the street, there is parking at the back of the building.

I’m a huuuuge needlephobe, have to lie down, prone to fainting etc. Walked in and there were quite a few people waiting but got seen to very quickly. Angie was an absolute star. She made me feel comfortable and did a brilliant job with my tricky veins (less than 30 seconds!). Thank you so so much, this is the only place I’ll go!

Arriving just after 7am for a fasting blood test and urine test. There were 3 people waiting & 2 phlebotomist on duty. After 30min another phlebotomist arrived. At 45 minutes of waiting 2 were still enjoying a chat in room 7, whilst 1 was flat out.5 people booked appointments on line apparently took priority over anyone else. The sign on the wall says there may be a 45 minutes wait - it needs to be amended to 1hour 45min. It's quicker to drive out to Burwood and get it done there

What a lovely friendly bunch of staff! From the friendly receptionist to the lovely older man who took my bloods. He was super kind, made friendly convo with me and my 2 year old. I'll definitely be coming again to this branch and only this branch. Thanks guys!

I booked an appointment for Friday and everything went smoothly - however I was later notified by call that they couldn't actually do the blood testing on Fridays and so I am having to go back for a recollection meaning I have to skip work. Very unprofessional.
