Kader have fixed a complex problem with our head gasket / radiator / cooling system, and were very professional, friendly and as efficient as covid lockdowns allow. Highly recommended as they offer great service, communicate well and prices are reasonable.

Took my holden in for a wof and service. Turned out it had a leaky head gasket and faulty alternator. I have mechanical insurance so I gave them the insurance info and they agreed to replace the alternator and fix the head gasket under insurance. Plus do the service and wof. They told us they did the service and fixed the alternator instead of replacing it which was not discussed, and ended up costing us more than the insurance would have. And of course replacing the alternator is always better than just fixing it.Then when I got my car back, my brakes shudder, (never done that before) the car has less power, all they really did after looking at the invoice was an oil change for the service and charged me $300, the tyres certainly weren’t checked as the invoice stated because after going elsewhere a few days later they were clearly under the safe tread limits which wasn’t advised AND the wof I paid for wasn’t even done… hence why we had to take it somewhere else.When we went to pick up the car and disputed the repaired alternator, the mechanic/owner yelled and swore, even the receptionist started crying because he was being so aggressive and upsetting – this was EXTREMELY unprofessional and down right disgusting behaviour from a grown man, we would never go there again, ended up having to then go get my wof elsewhere and pay for it again as there was no way we were going back there.

Have been a client for a couple of years now. Honest and reliable. Never feel like they’re doing work that doesn’t need doing. Highly recommend.
