Trying to stay calm and not be rude here. I had my phone screen cracked so went to them for a replacement. They told me they had to get a screen shipped over so it had to take over a day which was fair enough.They following day I went to collect it and the replacement was done. Until next morning I saw cracks starting from the edges without me dropping it or anything. I went back to them and the response I got was fairly rude, effectively telling me it must be my fault and they didn't do anything wrong. I'm no expert of electronic repairs but if I dropped my phone shouldn't the crack be evenly distributed instead of all starting from the edges? And how come it only happened soon after the fix? I left trying to stay calm until I got home and read the reviews and found out that most of the positive reviews were written by fake accounts made by the shop owner himself... This just made me beyond speechless. I definitely wouldn't recommend using their service and am considering taking legal measures against them since it seems plenty of people have fallen victim to their dishonesty.

went here to get my iphone 11 pro screen replaced and they gave me a cheap screen. when i first received my phone after it was fixed, the screen was a very yellow colour compared to the original apple screen. after having it for a few hours, the screen was laggy and the battery went down from 100% to 0% in 1.5 hours. my phone would also overheat after using it for 10 mins.

Hahaha the the reviews speak for themselves. Before we started I told her I can just get a second ps4 for $70 so I dont want to spend too much money on it but then she wanted to charge me $50 for the diagnostic fee which I already told her what the problem was and how to fix it.

Very poor service and only thinking about money. They don’t event know how to deal and manage with costumer. Very poor and low grade knowledge . I don’t go anymore had enough

The worst experience ever!! Wouldn’t even give 1 star if there was an option!PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE THUGS!!Made me wait 2 -3 hours extra even after confirming initially.Then again told me to come back next day!!Again made me wait until evening with 3 times me calling and visiting the store.Then further damaged my phone. It was working fine & only had broken screen as seen in the photo but they DAMAGED THE BOARD of the phone further while fixing!!!Again told me that they will have to send the phone away to fix it. Week after week just harassing and delaying!!!Waste of my time and the phone is now trash!Never apologised for any delays or for damaging the phone further.

I went in here to get my phone fixed and they tried to charge me 10 dollars more then they have quoted on the website. i ended up paying for them to fix my cracked screen and then not even a week later the top and bottom half of the screen stopped working. my phone has been in a case and i haven't dropped it once since getting it repaired. i take it back in for them to fix the issue they caused and they tried to say i damaged the phone and that's why the screen wouldn't work when really they use fake cheap screens that don't last. even tho the website says one year warranty they told me i will have to pay for them to fix it again. Save your money and go somewhere else.

WARNING!! THE WORST I HAVE EVER DELAT WITH!! I am reporting them to the police for stealing my sons XBOX. I took the xbox to get fixed 8 weeks ago (20/07/2022) (for an HDMI port minor issue), they initially said the job would take 3-4 weeks as they were waiting on parts from China. When I rang after 6 weeks, I was told it would be ready in more 1 week. So when I rang to confirm pick up etc, the rudest person I have ever dealt with told me that it wasn't close to being fixed and to stop ringing as he didn't have time to spend wasting talking to me when I ring up to enquire about the progress !!. He told me they would not fix it and I could come collect in 3 days as they had to put it back together. I picked it up yesterday only to discover they replaced it with a completely different XBOX totally different model (my sons xbox did not have disc input) AND TOTALLY FAULTY doesn't even switch on. I'm gutted. Update. Just went to collect as they said they had.. only to be given another Xbox, again a totally different model and serial number. But this time I took the box it came in (see photo's clearly stating DISC-FREE GAMING). He said he's never come across such a model ever without disc,and said he needed to contact Xbox to see if this type of model exists!! Left the shop with no Xbox , no explanation as yet....
