Installed a gate and it stopped working nearly straight away. They have refused to come and fix it

We had an automatic gate & small fence installed on our property, quality of both has been great however the after sales service really poor. Hopeless at getting back to you or fixing things when they do go wrong. We've had a keypad that stopped working over 2 months ago and I still haven't been able to even talk to anyone about getting it fixed.

These guys put our gate in, it stopped working within a few months and they don’t respond to our requests for help.
