Not only inflexible, also unreasonable, unprofessional and wrong. And small-minded, in my limited experience giving them an audit engagement that they signed up for and then dropped and refused to pick back up, over an issue that could and should have been resolved. The only reason it was not resolved was because they were wrong and pig headed about it.
