I had a voucher and was booked in for the surrender package. I had the pleasure of having Rain as my beautician.Rain was incredible - very accomodating and friendly, the massage had a really good pressure and I thoroughly enjoyed my facial - didn't want it to end!Highly recommend!

I recently booked an appointment with Forme Spa Albany as a surprise treat for my mum. Unfortunately, when we showed up for the appointment the lady at reception told us the therapist is running late" and that they couldn't go ahead with the appointment and we would need to reschedule. We were also told that they had been trying to contact me to let me know which I find hard to believe considering I had no missed calls and the last call I had received from Forme Spa was the day prior confirming my appointment. The appointment I had booked was 3:40pm

Forme Spa allow their employees to work while they are sick with cold and flu symptoms. My wife got a bad cold from here as the lady doing the facial kept coughing and spluttering, didnt wear a face mask, and sure enough it was contagious who would have guessed? Wont be using their services again.

I received a voucher for my birthday and I was excited, my package included lots of treatments and I only received half of it. However, after writing my concerns to Formespa, they acknowledged the mistakes made by the beautician and offered a complimentary treatment that I received Friday 17th February by Mikayla and it was absolutely beautiful, perfect pressure, right on the details, very professional and explaining the steps. I really enjoyed it. Thank you so much. Definitely I will recommend Forme Spa Albany. Anybody can have a bad day the important thing is to be acknowledged and bringing satisfaction to the clients, thanks for that.

Nice ambience. Lovely staffs. It’s just the massage that I had was supposed to be 80mins but ended up just only 60mins. The massage pressure was way too soft, I’ve asked once to give more pressure but nothing change. I wish I could enjoy more as it’s my birthday gift, but it’s ok. I might be back and choose another masseur.
