I gave Lance two different marine/auto electrical devices for overhaul and modification (an alternator and an obsolete starter motor). The overhaul and modification were undertaken to a high standard. A great resource for overhaul of electrical components. Pricing was reasonable and the work was completed promptly.

Took my work truck here to get a cb radio and isolation switch installed,picked it up and all the off cuts of wires were left strewn on drivers and passengers side,my works books kept in the center console were all on the passenger floor after they tilted cab forward,truck should be presented back how it was delivered,no integrity or pride in the finer details of the job.

I have mixed feelings dealing with this company. I think at the time of my repair the team at Berry and Mexted were under a lot of strain due to sickness and shortage of staff. Overall, their price and service were ok. I couldn't find anyone else to do the job and I had at least three other companies direct me to them which made the decision easier.

I may have considered just buying a new car if I knew how much they were going to rip me off. They saw me coming. Why didn't you give me some sort of heads up? The mechanic who did the work also had to do the payment because no one else was there. He would not look me in the eye. He knew it was not right price for the hours he had put in.
