Honey chicken was absolutely disgusting they were huge chunks of batter with a tiny peice of chewy chicken inside rice was just soaked in oil satay chicken was flavour less and very chewy not nice at all $74 later 1st time there and last time there very disappointing.

Service good but the honey chicken noodles are not nice. Small pieces of overcooked chicken in thin chewy/tough overcooked batter. They use to be nice, light and fluffy batter with a modest size piece of chicken. The hokkien mee noodles are good though, my favorite!

saddest Noodle canteen I have ever eaten at...my partner didn't even want to finish it. Call out to us with a grunt when our order was ready. no manners , no takeaway bags no napkins. Food didn't even look like the picture and meat tasted old and dry. never again from this shop

I ordered sweet and sour pork. $19.90 and it smelt and tasted like vinegar. Its also very loud in there.

Delicious, fresh and tasty meals at Whanganui Noodle Canteen. Generous and reasonably priced portions. It is a pleasure to visit while always being served with a smile.

Rang and rang. Finally came into town to order and all Closed up until some time in May. Should leave message on an answer phone. Or mark it closed on Google.

Best noodle place in town. Cooking your food as it's ordered goes a long way compared to just having tubs of pre cooked stuff. Bit on the pricey side but that is the price for quality

Absolutely beautiful full of delicious flavour noodles with super fresh everything from the veges and meat that goes in of your choice it was cool that we could order a specific selection and choose different noodles to go with it rather then the ones it says Not all noodles canteens actually do this, this was the first time I've asked and they happily switch. when you ask for extra added wether veges or meat they Definitely add extra (for an extra cost of corse) , friendly staff who are amazing cooks as well. You Definitely get your money's worth, portions and taste wise. Also its nice and clean to sit in and eatits a 5/5 from us.
