Appalling customer service. Given 10 weeks and 5 opportunities to remedy/replace faulty device. ZERO interest in customer satisfaction. Actively block any feedback which doesn't suit them. Plenty of alternative solutions to your marine needs - look elsewhere.Tragic corporate culture with no concern for the customer is the only thing I experienced.

Current advertised product at 10am in morning is not available in store.Apparently sold? But not removed on Trade Me.Then advised us, they have another product which is suitable coming up tomorrow in stock (1) actually in the store right now! BUT they CANNOT give us a PRICE today, as they want to list on Trade Me.What a con!Why cant we BUY something whilst we are in THE STORE that is IN STOCK RIGHT NOW?BIZZARE...a little lure to the store? Mis direction ? Perfect sales pitch to offload another more expensive product.Integrity is not their motto

A good variety of marine supplies--we have found things here that we haven't been able to find at other places. More than once we thought we'd have to order parts from the United States only to find we could get them through Lusty & Blundell. Plus, their customer service is excellent!
