Best lemon meringue pie ever!!!

Table Bloom is a newly launched pâtisserie, and i found them in the saturday christchurch farmer market. I have got some Hazelnut and Dark Chocolate Cookie, pistachio sour cherry cookie, and a choux to bring home. I couldn't wait to taste it with my cuppa, the choux is so light and fluffy, and most importantly for me is that the amount of sweetness level is just so right, it doesn't give you any sugary taste, and the after taste is so soothing, and the pistachio mousseline which is on the top of the choux is creamy, smooth, light but fulfilling! Both of the cookies are baked to perfection, the bottom is goldren with right amount of crunch, the cookie itself is soft ,chewy, and buttery! Every bite I got chunks of chco and Hazelnut!!!After talking with Julie, her 5 stars hotel experiences that she had in London, surely bring our palate to another level!!! Highly recommend!!!
