Was a nice visit with helpful staff

Very good. With one 'but'. No cutting mat. Nor even a cutting line for fabrics

I was extremely disappointed with Phip Wright Fabrics in Wanganui's lack of wheelchair accessibility. I was only able to go down the middle of the store. I couldn't look at anything in the shop. We asked if we could move some of the stands but the lady just glared at me. We managed to get near the nets knocking into many displays with my husband bringing things to me. Then to make things worse a shop lady flew down the shop at us like we were going to steal or something climbed over me in my chair, ignored me when I tried to talk to her and she talked to my husband instead. She grabbed the nets out of his hands before we could finished shopping and was at the counter cutting before we even got to the counter. I felt like a lepper and I felt if she could have pushed me out of the shop she would. Very unhappy customer.
