The service was professional from reception to technical advice. I cannot fault it.

The nice audiologist explained how my hearing aids worked and why I was having some problems. They were not set up properly for my needs. She also made some other adjustments such as grommets more suited to my ears. Very pleased. Hearing like I did when young. Incidently there is heaps of close by parking and the place has wheel chair access.

They get 5 stars simply because I don't know how they could do better.Brilliant service - recommended by friends, and I'm very glad they did.They clearly explained every aspect of what they were doing, what could be done and why.Very down to earth and practical.A big thankyou from me - I would happily recommend them.

The staff, from the receptionist to the audiologist are wonderful.You are greeted by name.Everyone is polite and respectful.

These hearing aids which were procured from A1 hearing were for my wife who also suffers from reasonably advanced vascular dementia. I have to say the team at A1 hearing went above and beyond in difficult circumstances to find a cost effective solution for my wife's hearing loss. The attention to detail and personal customer satisfaction by the whole team would be hard to beat and especially a big shout out to new audiologist Sarah Johnson.

The customer care of A1 Hearing is outstanding. I had taken my father to two other well known hearing companies where he was sold 'unfit for purpose' hearing aids. Modern, little and totally unsuitable. They were so small he couldn't turn them on, replace batteries or even feel when he was holding them. It was frustrating for everyone and time consuming having lessons he was unable to implement because of reduce dexterity and feeling in his finger tips which I explained many times but they didn't hear!We went to A1 Hearing who listened, offered practical and workable suggestions and treated my aging father with such dignity and care. They were cost conscious which for my father was of concern and made the whole experience a pleasant one. They exceeded our expectations.I want to whole heartedly endorse A1 Hearing; Claire, Trish and the team and thank them for such a transformational professional service.What a difference it has made in all of our lives. I strongly encourage others to go here first, a smaller boutique company has more time to listen, offers better customer care and is relational!Many many thanks

During the 20 odd years, that A1 Hearing have been looking after my hearing needs, my experience with them has always been a very happy one.Claire, Sue, and Wendy, have really looked after me well. We have now retired on Waiheke Island, but, I still go all the way to Papatoetoe to see them, whenever an adjustment, or a new pair of hearing aids is required.The service and care they give me, is A1. I would call it good

If you want value for your money, fantastic audiologists and the best receptionist in town then you can not go past A1Hearing Ltd. Must better prices than the bigger Audiologists anywhere especially in Auckland, firstly they don't up sell, they ask the questions so they find out your life style and actual requirements and sell you the level you require and more importantly for many people, in your price range so you're not making drip feed payments for years to come, I believe they are also much better priced than the big outlets, service is A1,prompt and very friendly with all the varieties on the market, and all the skills anyone wants and requires.
