My Facebook account was stolen in March 2022 in the middle of an active pandemic. For over a period of more than a year I used all of Facebook's Identity theft & Recovery procedures as well as attempted recovery with every Identity Theft & Recovery team in New Zealand in an attempt to resolve this. This account has since been found being used to abuse friends including but not limited to at their relatives funerals. I created another Facebook account after this though found it to be adding people behind my back as this appeared to have been covered up. Through this new one I have had to apologise to people dozens of times regarding the old account still being active despite my consistent reports. I've also found my deceased Grandmother's photo to be doctored on whatsapp.Access has been given to my Cellphone's Wifi hotspot through Telecommunications Provider 2Degrees breaching Doctor-Patient confidentiality with my WKO Psychologist with four devices attached during a private psychologist appointment on Zoom as well as several devices attached while driving my car. Due to this I have bought a new cellphone and switched to Skinny Mobile. Despite this, devices went up to 19 attached to my Wifi hotspot in my bedroom and I lost vital access to pandemic related utilities. Neither telecommunications company has explained this breach accurately.I've also had details manipulated, changed or altered within pretty much every account I've ever used following this. This includes information within my Bank, Power Company, Payment Card, Health Providers, Email Accounts, Text Messaging, Dog's Registration, Car Registration, Health Accounts as well as had my GPS manipulated to show me in many places all around the country without any explanation at all.Not to mention this requests have been coming up to manage 'Waihopai Station Secure Communication Facility' on both my phone and my computer. Your head office is unable to explain this in an OIA citing the 'Privacy Act' despite the above behaviour clearly breaching it. I've whistleblowed the vulnerability behind this and sent this information to multiple agencies clearly & concisely with barely any response noting the behaviour exhibited has the potential to be considered espionage.Your job as defined on your page is stated as the following; If New Zealand has secrets worth stealing, then they're worth protecting. I am a citizen of New Zealand as well as a disabled member of the community and was actively participating in many communities as well as Facebook groups associated with my Disability and I could not imagine this happening to others without an active resolution. This has wrecked my life. Please resolve this. Thank you
