We found Jasper very helpful and gave us a very comprehensive run through the various models and helped us in finding the right van.During the whole process of purchasing the campervan, he was a pleasure to deal with and if emailed him about a query he would always come back . When we did the pre-inspection and also when we picked the campervan up, he went over everything in great detail. We both found him friendly and very helpful throughout the process.

We recently purchased a Motorhome and found it an enjoyable experience. Wenke was so easy to deal with, very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for her. She kept us up to date with everything. We also found the workshop staff, as well as other staff so friendly and we had excellent service from everyone. Would certainly recommend this company to anyone wanting to purchase a Motorhome or camper.

After several visits to RVSC we purchased a brand new Kea Nomad 700 on 24 Jan 2023. Our sales person Edwin did a fantastic job explaining the operation of the camper. When we got the camper home we had a few issues (mainly due to my inexperience!) which Edwin and the Service Team politely & promptly resolved. This was outstanding aftersales service (!) It is a major thing to buy a motor home ...but we were very impressed with the whole experience of purchasing it...buying an ex rental you know it has been serviced and looked after it comes with a guarantee ! What a seamless experience buying a motor home from RV Super Centre! We went along on the recommendation of my brother and sister-in-law who have had dealings with them over some years. We learned so much from Samar who patiently took us through the process, answering the huge number of questions we had, kept us informed as the upgrades were made and streamlining the process. The service workshop got the work done in good time and to a high finish standard, so we took delivery of exactly the vehicle we wanted. We can’t recommend RV Super Centre and particularly Samar’s customer service highly enough.

We purchased a 6 berth campervan from Edwin at RV Super Centre in September. Edwin has been very helpful with the purchase of our van. We have had a lot to learn and he has been very patient explaining everything to us. We are now enjoying the van lifestyle exploring lots of new parts of NZ we had not been to before. It is very convenient to go away, no matter what the weather and we often go last minute. Thank you Edwin for your assistance.

Right from the first call I made to when we picked up our camper Wenke was brilliant. We had lots of questions and needed specific extras installed and nothing was a problem, everything was covered from insurance to registration.The day I picked the camper up Wenke took the time to run through every aspect of the camper and was happy to take calls when I called back with further questions.Thank you!

My wife and I just purchased and collected a motorhome from Wenke at RVSC Auckland this week and we are very pleased write a glowing review of Wenke's assistance and support that she has provided throughout this purchase. Wenke spent a lot of time working through all the options before us, and was very meticulous in her follow-up of all the minor details, and always kept us fully informed regarding the process of purchase and collection. We cannot recommend Wenke highly enough!

Really disappointing and dishonest service from RV Super Centre.I ordered a fridge in store which the website listed as online only so I anticipated that I would need to wait for the fridge to be delivered to store. I was told this would take a few days and that I would be kept up to date. A week went by without any word so I called the store and was told I’d be called back once they checked their stock. The call never came so a few days later (now 11 days since my order was placed) I called again and was told exactly the same thing. I challenged this and was then assured I’d get a call back the same day. I got the call and was told that actually my fridge was ready for collection, the tone and way this was communicated raised some alarm bells as surely if my order had been delivered I would have been contacted? I suspected that I would arrive to see an ex display model passed off as my order.Unfortunately I suspect this is exactly the case as when we arrived to collect the box was old and very worn with evidence of fresh tape over older tape. I inspected the fridge and found scratches and dents all over it, to which the staff said happened in transit. This was a blatant lie as the nature of the scratches would not have been possible given the way the fridge was packaged unless it had been out of the box.I was refunded and found the exact fridge cheaper at Burnsco with infinitely better service. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place. Late shipments are often not the retailers fault and I absolutely sympathise with that, but paying full price for an ex display/pre owned product and being lied to is slimy and unnecessary.

Received excellent personal service throughout a recent motorhome purchase. Good advice and a great deal, with excellent communication before handover.
