Sophie‘s classes are so much fun, the aerial addiction is real! Classes cater to all abilities, I always feel encouraged and supported, and I’m so much stronger now :)

Sophie is an amazing person and teacher. My daughter loves attending her classes, and has got so much out of her classes. From fitness, confidence, and pure enjoyment :) we both highly recommend Sophie :)

I have done multiple classes with The Wild Untamed like silks, hoop and burlesque. I have loved all the classes and it is exercise that is 1000 times more fun then going to the gym. One of the best parts is hanging out with all the lovely, supportive people who help bring your confidence levels up enough to make anyones day!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone curious and wanting to give something unique and out of your comfort zone a go! Give it a try Whangarei, I promise you'll enjoy it! :D

Sophie is a natural teacher with confident energy who makes burlesque feel effortless. I have attended multiple burlesque blocks and this has helped me feel more active, body positive and supported by other women. All people are welcomed to class and the time flies. Highly recommend giving Sophies classes a go.
