Poor customer service. I was waiting for a LONG time and when I finally started to say my order the lady turned around and talked to the staff. She just typed in my order and literally didn't say a word to me.. not coming back.

waited 20 mins when there was 3 other ppl waiting as well… the guy who was making juices kept touching his hair with gloves he was using to handle the fruit. disgusting.

Didn’t have any ingredients to serve salads or wraps for the rest of the day. 3rd time it’s happened this week. If you can’t make the salads or wraps, you might as well close for the day.

Update: how do I avoid the paywave surcharge?Swipe didn't work first time (new undamaged card) and second time it just went through as paywave while I was trying to swipe.This week I found the Tank mango smoothie recipe enchanced with sweet mandarin flavour. I though this recipe couldn't be improved on but now it tastes just unreal!

They every day have specials on juices and smoothies ask them for it.They have lots of options juices,smoothies and salads .They always use eco friendly packaging.There counter is so clean and tidy beautiful decor too .Efficient staff

This Tank store is really bad, staff are unfriendly and rude. They do not help you with the most basic of needs. Had good experiences with other ones

We had the worse experience this afternoon. One of the servers was very rude to our autistic son who was simply asking for smoothie flavours. She was very bored and clearly showed it.We will never come back to this branch again, considering it is one of our sons favorite drink.

A Caucasian chubby lady there had bad customer service. Could not speak English properly. Didn’t smile. And was just standing at the register looking at the screen instead of taking my Oder after seeing me stand there for 5-10 minutes. Note it was not busy at all there was no other customers there.
