Excellent reasonably priced storage facility - pleasant staff

We had to discard our $2000 fish tank because it was all covered by mites!!!! Yuk!!!! (It was so disgusting that I didn’t even want to look back to the photos any more!!!) When they delivered our furniture, not only they are missing my collection of garden pots, damaged study desk, broken glasses and some expensive art collections! lots of mould covered our leather lazyboy set. The people who delivered our furniture just wanted to rush and finish the work quickly, which left most of the boxes in the garage! They were also very ruthless and careless which caused lots of marks in our newly purchased house. We are so disappointed because we spent so much at the storage place, and then had our possessions treated so badly. We would have appreciated it if you could use clean cloth to cover and deliver our belongings because we have seen our dark other furniture covered by mites many times. We are so sad and angry! Though we had been assured our unit was dry, it was not. I asked about the wet weather affecting our unit and was recommended to get a damp product which we did. However between the very damp conditions and wind under the door our gear is covered in powdery mildew and wet to touch. The manager was apologetic no recompense was offered. My recommendation is to find an internal dry unit.

Totally on to it. Very good storage in very a secure environment. Thoroughly recommend.
