she tried to put me off the house, i had to persuade her to put my offer in, she wouldnt give me any price point at all, i wasnt negotiated with at all even after i said i want to to be the one to buy the house, she run a tender like sale but not advertised as tender, which i believe isnt fair on anyone, i think she could of got tens of thousands more for her vendor. i guess its save a little on the commission and lose tens of thousands off the sale price. if you want to lose alot of money i recommend tall poppy
