Very Friendly staffs. Nothing to complaint. Everything Perfect!!

Seems to be getting tougher on wofs,price gone up,again and always busy ie long waiting time, but way better than vtnz down the road who had a very high fair rate

Very poor service and terrible customer service attitude. Thought it was convenient to just drive in, ended up with over 2 hours wait and recheck as well. Do not recommend and will not come back.

It is good to be able to drop by without an appointment but I have been failed twice for the last two WOF's for my headlights and in between I haven't touched them. I also heard the person in front and behind me (in the cue) being told their headlights were an issue too. Strange coincidence. Also read heaps of reviews online saying the same thing so I won't be coming back here again. Dale Nixon Automotive down the road from this place has helped me out on multiple occasions and sometimes free of charge, also lovely people, so will be taking my car and money there instead from now on.

Been coming here for over 10 years! Always fantastic service even if your car fails the WOF, they will take the time to explain what's needed to be done. I personally drive 30 minutes every year to get my wof done every year at this location.

I have now been for my 3rd recheck at drive saftey testing browns bay and each time I have been targeted by an employee to what seems like harsh conditions or work place bullying. 3 separate visits and 3 diffrent employees worked on my car including the one in question, i have the wof recheck sheets to prove it. For the first visit I was straight out told by the employee he was told to fail my car by lets say max is his name. My second visit was quick as max tended to my car and failed me on multiple things but failed to mention what he told his colleague to fail me for on the 3rd visit which was a dented rim, even tho the rim as have all 4 of my tires it has been balanced and fixed with a brand new tires and given the ok. After spending now $200 to get rechecked 3 times andNow a 4th to come and over $3000 and now more to come on so called repairs max thinks my car needs, enough to tell other employees to fail my car. I won't be and advise others to not use safety drive vehicle testing as there is an employee that discriminates against customers for no apparent reason I can see.

Quite disappointed, and the gentlemen was really rude for no reason to be. My dads car failed due to headlight to high. Asked to explain he told me go to mechanic, not interested in my questions. 2 mechanics later could not help as nothing was wrong, went back to discuss and then strangely passed with nothing being done to the car. So my whole morning, petrol and time was a waisted, no apology. Paid for a service that was not given.

Quite a long queue in the morning. But very efficient. Friendly staff. No need for booking.

Overall, it was a great experience from my arrival till departure today.Staff are very friendly and what I appreciate of their service when inspecting your vehicle for the WOF.It is carried out by two inspectors.I have brought both my car and my partners car here for 3 years and only have had good service and am treated with the utmost respect. I will be back in November again to have my car's next WOF done.I will definitely recommend their services to any current and future customers. True value for money - keep up your good service to the community.Conveniently, there is a coffee drive thru on their drive thru that sells awesome coffee and some snacks, loved my cuppa today.
