Went to all the bicycle shops in Auckland looking for help with a SRAM GX ASX. No one had a clue or even had one in stock to compare. Eric at EC took one look at the derailleur and pulled a second hand one from under the bench, within 5 mins he told me what the issue was and had it repaired in 20mins. Excellent service and more importantly knowledgeable. Thanks Eric

Hesitate to post such good review in case shop gets busier, but highly recommend this little shop tucked away in Northcote. Mechanic Eric really knows his stuff with MTBs and I've had nothing but excellent experiences with him here and at his previous shop. Has small amount of quality stock to buy in store. Bosch eMTB service accreditation coming soon too. Friendly, communicative, pragmatic and knowledgeable - this shop is a huge asset to Northcote's biking community

Eric and Chuck have great knowledge and are a friendly and enthusiastic team. Can't say more than has already been said in the other reviews. They get the work done quick and efficiently and know which jobs they can fit in and what will take a little longer. Support local, gets you better support and top notch bike mechanic work.

Eric and Chuck one one of the best bike stores in Auckland. Their dedication to providing quality yet affordable servicesIs second to none. Collectively their knowledge of bikes it’s extremely impressive and they will ensure you leave happy and ready to hit the trails or road. I cannot recommend these guys enough.

I feel very fortunate to have come across the guys at EC Cycles! I can now forget the “standard 2-3 week wait” for service at the chain stores and get quick, friendly, and very reasonably priced service locally in Northcote. Thanks and I’ll be back with the next bike soon!

Absolutely 5/5!! I took my daughter's scooter in to be fixed, as it was making a very rattly noise. Ten minutes later I left with a completely fixed non-noisy scooter, knowing that my daughter will be very happy! They didn't even charge me. Really friendly and professional guys, open during level 3. Highly recommend - Kim :) #supportlocal

Exactly what a bike repair shop should be. Knowledgable, capable staff giving great unbiased advice and super service. Eric and Chuck have worked on both my road bike and MTB and I've had great results with both. Highly recommended.
