Great specials & helpful staff. Bought some lovely special gifts for my family's Xmas gifts. Love not paying full price.Please not that men's clothing waist sizes are in inches.

Purchased a pair of their waterproof boots 2 years ago. Worn 3 times and look brand new except the tongue has fallen apart. Tried to return to Albany store - not interested. Where is the Consumer Guarantees Act in all of this? I won't be shopping there again.

Located inside of Dressmart Onehunga. This is a discount mall, so prices can be really good.. store sells Mountain Warehouse hiking/tramping products, prices are very good. So if you're looking for outdoor gear and clothing it's well worth a look. Staff helpful and friendly. Parking in the Mall but can be difficult as Mall popular and parking runs short .

One of the best stores in the mall. Always have good deals. Quality products in a budget price.

From my experience they sell second quality stuff. May be it’s particular to dress mart store. I bought 2 feather filled jackets on offer at150$ and it start tear off in a week. Feathers were coming off through all the stiches. Tried to return it but they cleverly send me back saying I am not having the bill with me.

Worst customer service. The staff doesn’t have knowledge about the products and when customers ask a question they are very impatient and start to talk rudely.Just had a bad experience with the staff members and the store manager. All of them are young people don’t know how to talk.When asked about the price difference for the same product, the manager got very impatient and started talking rudely. I could see that being a manager she did not have any knowledge about the products properly and became impatient for no reason and asked me to ‘Get out of the store’.When I was asking only about the price difference for the same product.I don’t know who is the boss of this store, I hope he looks at this review.Worst place to go.

I’ve just gone into Mountain warehouse in Onehunga dressmart and had the best experience with Malcolm!!! What a customer services superstar this guy is!!! He was so helpful, professional and can see a true team player!!! It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced this kind of care in retail hospitality or service!! My very first experience at Mountain Warehouse and I’ll be going back because of Malcolm!!! So happy with my new hiking boots!!!

Over the phone told me they didn't have an item in stock but had 1 of the same item? I asked them to check physically if they had it to justify me driving out. I arrived 15 min later and the item was gone but none of them had sold it apparently. So I guess they didn't actually check physically when I asked them to, and also the wordplay over the phone was to intentionally mislead me. Also didn't seem very professional but what can you expect from a store inside an outlet mall

My son and I favorite place. We did shopping on sale this weekend, honestly reasonable range of products even so some only size but outlet is this. Give them 100 percent of customer service.

Awesome selection at a reasonable price. Even better are the staff who are super helpful. Thanks to Audrey for helping me I was feeling v lost about fitting and sizes. She is really very nice and friendly. Keep up the good work gals! Cheers!
