Happy with their customer service in handling dispute. Wrong order was made at the beginning, but the customer service lady approached me to offer a replacement cake of same size and flavor for next event. She has been following up closely with me to ensure correct delivery. I'm quite impressed of how much they focus on customer service bow than before.P.S. Taro jelly cake and kumara cake are highly recommended. Taste of real ingredients, worth of the price.

This place deserves more stars. We've tried many things and was not expecting much due to the low'ish rating. However we have been surprised every time. Service is also friendly and helpful. 5 stars for sure!

My sister loved her birthday cake and it turned out better than we expected! The cake is not too sweet it has the right amount. The decoration was amazing.

Have been buying cake from cake4u for 5 years for my daughter's and friend's birthday. Their cake is using natural cream and very delicious. What I like most is not very sweet.

A amazing! This Chinese bakery is wonderful! So delicious! We took a combination crepe and chiffon (2 black forests and 2 durian crepes )! It was amazing! Not too sweet! Very light!! As good as in France or Germany! Kudos to the team!

I ordered a cake here for my husband's birthday and it was just amazing, looks sooo cute and so delicious! My husband really liked it. One of the good things about the cake was that it was not too sweet. I will definitely order a cake for my birthday as well.

The bread is delicious, especially pork floss. I was very surprised that the buns were filled. The breads also keep well as I usually stock up when I go visit
