I love shopping at the body shop in Dunedin very friendly staff. I have to say though Kristine is the most pleasant very wonderful lady. I had to do a phone order last Monday. Kristine did the order no problem.She realized I had not been past my letterbox since before the lockdown so she delivered my purchase to my front door on her way home from work. Even in the shop Kristine gose the extra mile for you so thank you very much Kristine you are truly a wonder person

The sales assistant was very informative and showed me the drops of youth range. I would never have even looked or known about it if she hadn't let me test it on my hand.Glad I bought some because it works wonders

I am a very regular customer of The Body Shop Dunedin and every shopping experience I have with them is a great one. I am from Invercargill and do most of my orders over the phone. Every staff member that has served me has been so friendly and helpful. Most times my order is delivered the very next day. In 4 words.. awesome people - awesome products!! Thank you Body Shop Dunedin!! :)

Excellent service by staff in-store. Greeted with a warm smile and friendly hello, then left to browse shop until asked for help/advice. Great conversation with the cashier, left with everything thing i needed and a smile on my face ☺️

The Body Shop was founded on a stolen name and claimed to donate most of its profits to charity" when they hadn't donated a cent in 11 years of operation and only now do the bare minimum out of obligation. The Body Shop even runs its own MLM/pyramid scheme called "The Body Shop At Home". Read into the ethics of this place and its frankly disgusting. I wouldn't spend a cent somewhere that lies and steals from customers and staff

i loved talking to the people in this shop, they made me feel very welcomed and i left the shop feeling very happy about myself. i am an introvert and socially anxious and talking to the people there make me feel calm and relaxed and i enjoy my day because of that. i love this shop☺️
