I booked a party of 6 ladies for my birthday all keen cooks had a great few hours was able to get in create beautiful dumplings, and as was lunch time enjoyed a local HB wine that we bought along ourselves certainly was well worth the cost and I will repeat again with different menu and ladies. Cooking class for a hens party weekend away. Katherine was so accommodating. The bride is plant based and Katherine and up with a menu to cater to her. The time went so quickly. Katherine has a great energy and kept things upbeat. Answered all of our questions. This is mostly a demonstration rather than a hands on experience. It is a great learning opportunity and you get yummy food at the end. Yayyyyyy!!!

I can’t recommend Katherine and her team enough! Nothing was too hard for them and as a result we had a fantastic team building event focused around cooking amazing food with amazing local ingredients. My team are still buzzing this morning from the fun challenge and awesome teaching!

My parents went to one of these classes last week and thoroughly enjoyed it, however my mums review is not posting so I'm posting it for her. She says:I booked our class with Katherine, for our wedding anniversary. A really fantastic couples thing to do, we both love cooking and are eager to learn new flavors and cooking styles.Katherine is a natural teacher, with such a positive energy and enthusiasm, that we felt at total ease in her company.Our class consisted of both demonstrations and hands on, with loads of tips and knowledge shared.We would definitely recommend Coriander Lime Kitchen to everyone, and we will definitely be back to learn more.I can verify that the leftovers that my parents brought he were delicious, and they have not stopped bragging about this place to their friends and family, they are already advising others to go!

I had few private cooking classes. I was keen on Wok cooking. Katherine showed me the basics of it. I learned new techniques, new Asian flavours and got beautiful recipes. The meals she cooked were delicious. I will continue to get lessons from her, after cooking by myself and getting some experience and confidence. Thank You.

We had such a blast and so many laughs, Katherine turned up to our place and made the experience so much fun. Very organised and very knowledgeable I highly recommend for anyone looking for a group activity whether it be for the girls or a as a family. Would definitely re book next time we’re in Taupo!

Kat’s desire for her students to have the best experience possible shines in her attention to detail, her calm and considerate style of teaching and in her obvious enthusiasm for food and it’s connections. My children have thoroughly enjoyed their classes with Kat. Learning a complete step by step process to producing a delicious meal has boosted their confidence so much so, that my husband and I have enjoyed a number of nights off cooking…. and dishes!
