I have rented from the previous owner since 2003 for years it was an economic storage option since it has been taken over from this new lot they continue to put the costs up to the point it is um-ecomomic for long term rental.

Am lodging a complaint with the disputes tribunal. They took a payment from my bank two weeks after the storage unit was empty and they are refusing to give the money back.

Do not recommend National Storage. Was only wanting a short term storage while moving house. Agreed on a timeframe and was told the paperwork would state the current dates instead of the intended dates. A month later rang up to confirm and they told me I had already rented with them. Only option they gave me was to rent another month off them. Paid for a service and never got to use it.

No care or attention given to their customers, despite us forking out thousands for their poor services. Would strongly recommend never dealing with this pathetic company.
