The bell didn't work. I called the number on the Web. They gave me another number to call. I called and got a message back 7 hrs later. Someone else not associated with the business helped me. If I didn't really need the product I wouldn't have persevered. Web site said open when it was not. Hours and contact details on the door would have been useful

I'm very sensitive to many products, but the Natural Pyrethrin doesn't bother me. It does keep the Ant Invasion to a minimum. Much easier than poison trails, bait stations etc. Highly recommend. Works on both the main ant species we have.Friendly and helpful staff, often do personally deliveries, very quick.

They seriously need to update their websiteEmail addresses bounce backAbsolutely hopeless customer service I've dropped my rating to a one they need to answer the phone or reply. Such a convoluted voice mail secretary probably designed to put you off time to find an alternative

Having a bird aviary next door years ago it was nothing to have 20 flies on lounge ceiling especially in Summer. Friend recommended Ecomist and have never regretted changing to it. Do not like other sprays and in fact have little or no chemicals in my home.If I see a fly I know my can is empty and it’s time to put in a new one.
