AA Auto Centre New Plymouth

Never take your car to AA automotive in New Plymouth, not only is this the third time I've been into this center to get a WOF sorted over a airbag light module, my car has been there two days straight, No courtesy car, very poor customer service, lack of communication, I was told it would take two days, I rang this morning day two at 11am was told they would work on my car practically at the end of the day at 4oclock that my car would be ready at 5oclock, I arrive to collect my car and my cars NOT ready everyone's buggered off and I'm stranded there with a not give a sheit policy and no means home. What a massive stuff around absolutely disgusted with this company's treatment and lack of professionalism, useless!!

This crew helped me clean out a tank full of contaminated diesel.I walked away happy...

Have used the AA Auto Centre for a number of years for WOF and servicing. Always such friendly service and expert advice, workmanship. Today was icing on the cake as a vehicle was booked in for a WOF, only occurred to me that morning that it was also due for a service. Rang up to see if I could book in for another day and the friendly staff member found a slot for the following morning and offered to keep the car overnight - great! Wait, it gets better - they actually found some free time during their no doubt busy schedule today (WOF day) to complete the service, as well! Very, very appreciative and satisfied. Cheers team!

Friendly, helpful staff, reasonable pricing and they're quite efficient too. The only problem I had was when I called up someone gave me wildly incorrect information about how long things would take, what they would cost and whether they had to be booked in advance.. ..in person staff were great, someone answering the phone needs to be brought up to speed on what to tell people.

Great service. I've used them for WOF and more recently the battery of my car was playing up, I went to see them in the morning and they took care of it efficiently and quickly. Easy. The lady at the reception is lovely and has great customer service. Thank you.

Very impressed with the service provided by AA. The receptionist was very welcoming and explained what would happen (I had never taken a car for a service before). I received a call from the mechanic to say I needed a wiper and pollen filter and he asked if I wanted those done, which I was pleased with. Very happy customer.
