In short: Find another REAL specialist - don’t waste time or money !I have NEVER experienced any medical appointment with such low standardsI’m amazed this thing is still flying...!The doctor I had, had no idea what my issue was, and believe it was the most arrogant doctor, checking just another $160 consultation through the cash register.I’ve been treated for my chronic blepharitis (eye lid inflammation) many times abroad in various countries, - this guy had no clue.

After wearing contact lenses for most of my life, I was recommended to explore an intraocular lens implant. The surgery was done by Dr Kent Chow. He did many tests over two visits to get accurate measurements for the surgery, explained the procedure and patiently allayed any concerns I had assuring me that he “aimed for perfection”. I couldn’t be more delighted with my new vision. I no longer require any contact lenses or glasses (even for reading).Dr Chow and his team were awesome!! Thank you.

For as long as I can remember my eyes have watered-almost like continuous crying. After my referral to DrKent Chow and a specialist procedure I am free of this. Kent was extremely thorough and detailed in his explanation and I went into the surgery with confidence. I wish I had been introduced to his expertise sooner.

Had cataract surgery on both eyes in June( privately for almost $8000.00) and have had ongoing problems with irritation and inflammation in both eyes ever since..On phoning reception Tuesday 23rd October was told it was not their problem and to either see my GP or an optometrist...I expected better follow up treatment than this and a more pleasant phone manner would have been appreciated also.

All the staff working here are just so helpful, friendly ,very professional.This place is very spacious,modern and clients feel at ease waiting for their turns and names to be called by their ophthalmologists.
