I got my Persian ragdoll cat groomed here twice, the first time I didn't wait around the second time I did, and I'm glad I did!The cat before was screaming and growling and my baby cried and screamed her head off (and she never makes any noise at groomers) normally really happy she was so stressed out when we got home I've never seen her like this.I recommend staying on site if your having your cat groomed to check she is actually happy. Not only was my cat upset a week later they message saying I didn't pay and to send a screenshot so I send screen shot then they say they can't find payment please pay. I paid in person on site with their eftpos machine!!! .They charged $100 for the same as grey Lynn groomer (Pawhub) for $65 and a happy cat.Never going back I don't recommend at all for cats!!!!I felt sick hearing her cry like that!!In reply to your response it wasn't the work I had a problem with it was the handling of the animals. I've been to many groomers and my cat loves it so do many. It was the fact the same service once $85 then $100 and It was your manner in insinuating I didn't pay asking for proof then claiming I still hadn't paid, you didn't even apologise when you finally realised you were wrong. And I didn't hang around to complain about the random increase because my baby was so upset and shaking in her cage I just wanted to get her home to feel safe however it took 3 days for that to happen. And don't tell me it wasn't my cat crying you had finished Fifi who screamed the place down then my baby started completely different meow if you were a cat person you would know that a owner knows what the baby sounds like. Just disappointed you can't see the problem I question if you even like cats are your text reply that all cats scream and hate grooming which is so incorrect your ment to be a fear free groomers I hope that gets revoked as you take no care with cats!!! And get some manners while your there, your not the only cat groomer but you clearly are the meanest!!!!

The first time I took the cat to do grooming, the receptionist explained the cat to me very patiently. How did they do grooming for the cat, very professional and patient. The price is very reasonable, not expensive

Excellent grooming services for our cavoodle. We take her every 6 wks and she is kept tangle free. Only thing is price which seems expensive $90 but the time it would take me to do the same would probably be 8 hours. So a bargain when you work it out. Thanks Krystal team!
