St. Barnabas Anglican Church
We aren’t members of the church but attend occasionally with family who are. We’ve always enjoyed the services which are often fun, but always true to The Gospel. They run a wonderful community pantry on Fridays at 4pm, no questions asked and everyone is warmly welcomed. A much needed outreach in these tough economic times.

The vicar and church at Woodend have a community food pantry every Friday at four. They are welcoming and care for people.

It's the kind of place that fulfils what you expect and want from a church. The services have the fullness of an Anglican liturgy, the sermons are thought provoking and challenging, there is a sense of something over and above the obvious and the congregation is welcoming and genuinely friendly.

Went along to both services - such a lovely atmosphere and everyone was very welcoming. First service is traditional and second service is more young-focused. Message was really good and caters to everyone. Definitely recommend!

Lovely little community church which also runs a great music group Wednesdays and Fridays for preschoolers (and parents!) and a community pantry on Friday afternoons. We have always felt welcomed and cared for when visiting
