Nice location great presentation. Staff member Sam is nice and always with a smile. This place even has a small selection of Parker pens! I hope this book store can stay strong

Yesterday afternoon, 5 Aug, I bought one book, after talking to the sales assistant about other books. She was very helpful and rang other shops to try find me another book I was after. She was lovely and pleasant, impeccable customer service, thank you!

It's what one would expect from a pedestrian book store, but I was waiting for books to arrive in the mail. I am not a person who reads so called best sellers. And I expect there to be chairs in a book shop. But the chairs had been removed for... Well, I'm embarrassed to say because ppl would come in for a sit. I personally wouldn't mind showing a bit of humanity if I had a book shop.
