Awful customer service. Came in to pick up a script that had been ready for a while, Was told I had to wait 25 minutes. Told her I did not have the time and asked if it could be sent to my usual pharmacy and was met with a rather rude remark. She was not polite at all, and kept looking at me as though I was the ugliest being on this earth.Kindness goes a long way, but it's obviously a foreign concept in this hospital
