I have been to this gym many times over the past 5 or more years. The comments made here on google are really suspicious, the basic grammar alone indicates it perhaps a particular group within our society trying to manipulate the publics perception of this facility. Anyway I want to say …one of the things at this club that makes me feel uncomfortable is the way certain club members act and behave around the sauna and pool (basically the wet areas). The cultural norms of these individuals is quite perplexing and I frankly speaking, have found these particular personalities to be quite self entitled and often rude and disparaging to other gym members. Yet despite their (what I consider) poor behaviour - the Next Gen staff have only ever been super polite and friendly. Most of the negative comments here are potentially from people - who prioritise their own self importance and don’t care about our culture of acceptance and tolerance of others- such a shame! Go pick a towel up and put in the laundry bin …I do!

This Gym facilitates looking good but the management is very poor. They give one free pass each month for the membership .since we have been many years members,when we try to use our free passes,they got a condition replied that is we have to keep bringing different guests for them,but we have never been told to use our free pass this way when we were joined

Fabulous gym. I have been a member for over 5 years now and it is always clean and tidy, even after the busy weekday mornings when it is very full it is always tidied up promptly. Love the upstairs pool where you can swim throughout the year. Great personal trainers too!

Hello there !! It has been for a while when I posted a review about next Gen. So to start with I am a member for 1,5 years. So I can tell u than now it’s a big difference in terms of cleaning and service in Next Gen. Simply saying, the gym became so dirty. Have a look at pics. Some words to Managment, you should have been checking out these feedbacks more often.Again and again, Next Gen Managment promises to organize cleaning process at the gym. Here we go after couple of months since my last review I have been promised by the owner of Next Gen Google account that someone from the team will contact me concerning my last review. So since that No one contacted me, I’ve come into conclusion that Next Gen doesn’t care about their customers, here is the reasonable question why is that ?! Are we not paying enough to receive a promised service or simply Next Gen doesn’t care due to lack of rivals in their particular business industry? So the reason why I keep posting the updates concerning poor cleaning at the gym because I still have that feeling that I can get enough attention on the problem from the top so the Managment will take right actions in order to solve the problem!Next Gen it is a win - win situation where you start providing the high standard of promised services. As a result, you will have loyal customers.

Very bad experience with NG. don't wanna come again!!When I joined a 3-month membership, the consultant didn't advise that I have to cancel it when 3-month contract is expired. Otherwise the contract will continue. Also, I didn't received any copy of contract after signed.When I came back from my holiday, I found they still charging me and I sent the mail to ask what happened. One of staff replied that after 3 month you can cancel if you wish with no cancellation fee " and use my asking email as a notice to cancel this membership!What?! It is very unprofessional customer service.Providing the signed contract show this clause

I am a member that has been with NextGen for close to 5 years now. I want to write this feedback to let you know how the situation of the gym has been deteriorating. One, the steam room that is next to the pool has not been working since last year. I had been on several round-trips and now even after new year the steam room next to the pool has not been fixed. Secondly, the steam room in the hydro area is just worse - the steam pumps for only 3 minutes and then stops, it basically doesnt 'heat up' at all. People have been forced to spray water or hold ice to the sensor. It is frustrating that it's not running up to standard given all swimming pools and the spa are not working. Thirdly, the men's changing room is always with inadequate aircon. On rainy days it becomes smelly and smuggy, humid and unpleasant to be in. The gym has really changed a lot in recent years, changing from an above-average gym to now a below-average gym. I hope the management of the gym can take it seriously. I am paying over $100 a week for this and is really not what I expect.

Been a member for under 6 months. I'd expect a lot more for the price you pay. The Carpark is always full when I normally turn up, staff aren't the friendliest and facilities always seem to have something up with it i.e Pool was out for a month, half of the showers closed, sauna and steam room not operational.Besides that, PTs and fitness side of things seem on par with any other place.

Really disappointed with the services they provide, and from their response to other comments, I can see they really don't care about complains. Here are stuff which I'm not happy about:1.Steam sauna not working most of the time. Pretty much broken since I have joined2. staff is not friendly at all. I hope Its not only my experience that they are nice only to a particular group of people ? (Likely racism as I can see it in other comments as well )3. Showers are not cleaned as often as they should be. So I can say they are not clean most of the time.
