Good quality, good selection, easy to use changing rooms and v. helpful staff

I have bought several things and times with Rodd&Gunn now.Everything has been of a very high quality.As with all clothing, I cannot really advise on style much, but I would see it as casual smart.The service was always very helpful and friendly on every occasion so far.I had no issues with sizes other than you can experience in every clothing shop. You have to always expect some sizes missing, especially at the end of season.The price is above average, but the clothing lasts for a long time. Therefore, it is a very good price, especially during sales and offers.Sadly, you don't have many brands these days offering such a high quality being able to be worn for a considerable long time. In my view, you save over time when buying clothing from Rodd&Gunn.Am overall very happy with all pieces bought so far. There is a 2 year warranty on any fault. I had no need to use it so far. Everything is pre-washed and shrunk and of really good quality. No need to use the guarantee so far.Overall a great buy!

Brought two polos of same type and size. One from store and one online, however they didn’t match at all and one of them was much larger.

I found the sales person extremely rude, wouldn't go back to this store, I asked them a question and in a round about way I was told I wouldn't be able to afford to shop at their store well FYI I might dress down on the weekends but that's because I have a professional career during the week and their is absolutely no doubt I could definitely afford to shop there.

Great clothing store. High quality products, but have to look for discounts where possible. I had an excellent experience here grabbing some sale items on Black Friday! The store staff were knowledgeable and useful: helped me make choices and find products and sizes for me to try on. In my experience across many of their stores Rodd and Gunn staff typically practice the more hands on type of guest service, which can be helpful if you don't already know what you what to purchase.

What a disappointment, Not one single t shirt, shirt, shorts or pants and even shoes in difference sizes apart from X Small Why have a store even open that can’t supply a range of sizes. Shop at Rodd & Gunn often and have never come across such nonsense in a clothing store. My advice buy online or at Barkers who have assortment of sizes.
