Great food with reasonable price (Friday and Saturday only though). Friendly and attentive staff. It was a great stop after Mt Manaia hike.

I honestly am not a expert on this club but i can tell you this. It sits on one of the best shortish 1/2 day walks in the country. [I have walked many] The stroll, lol up the Mount is supercalafragalisticexpialadosious. and for those of you who dont like the look of the entire climb there is a big suprise view about 10/15 mins up, dont miss it. After visiting a six pack of times now i think it is about time i stopped to enjoy this oh so well placed oasis.

Nestled at the base of Mt Manaia. With beautiful views of both the mountain and Mcleods Bay all the way across the Whangarei Harbour to One Tree Point . A Very Picturesque setting for a Wonderful Club . 2 Pool Tables and 2 Dart Boards Great In-House Dining (reservations are preferred) a Childrens play area. (on an enclosed Deck) with outside grass area for playing or Picnics . Manaia walking Track is right next door with an abundance of parking . (Club standard of dress is required within the Club doors ).

Friendly staff and locals give a warm welcome to all. Good selection of wines and beers. Food is wholesome, tasty and great value. Enjoy a cold beer on the deck and experience the fantastic views across McLeods Bay. Visitors welcome, a must visit for tourists who want to meet locals.
